Interim Report

          So far in Active Learning I feel I am doing good. I noticed that my level of fitness has improved greatly, since the beginning of the year. At the beginning of the year  I could only run about half of the hill run, but as the year went on and we had the hill run again I could run it for a lot longer. Active Learning has also improved my dietary choices, I try to limit out as much junk food as I can and try to eat healthy, like instead of having something quick in the morning, Instead I try to eat cereal or have a bowl of oatmeal. Active Learning has also helped me in my extra-curricular programs, like rugby and Tae Kwon Do greatly increasing my stamina and cardio. I like the activities we do in class, and hopefully in the spring we can go outside and play a game of buggers or football.Some of my goals are to keep improving my fitness, and keep trying to work on my leadership.
